Once you’ve identified a suitable investment opportunity, transfer the required investment amount into an escrow account specifically designated for the EB-5 project. An escrow agreement is established to outline the conditions for releasing funds upon USCIS approval, providing security and transparency throughout the investment process.
Form I-526 Petition Filing
File Form I-526 (Immigrant Petition by Alien Investor) with USCIS, along with comprehensive supporting documentation. This includes your business plan, investment details, proof of lawful funds, and other required forms and evidence. The USCIS will review your petition and documentation to assess your eligibility for the EB-5 Visa program.
Conditional Green Card Approval
Upon approval of your Form I-526 petition, you will receive a conditional Green Card valid for two years. This grants you conditional permanent residency in the United States and allows you to enter the country for investment and residency purposes.
