1. I’ve actually grown a pair and tested it. The notebook charger charges my phone (standard speed), but the phone charger, does not charge the laptop ((unrecognized device plugged in” message shows up).

Normally it should but I would contact razor first if it doesn’t state 5V anywhere on it.

10. Not sure if a different cable will be compatible with dash charge. It will charge, but may be at a slower speed and might heat the phone also.

12. in theory yes it should work. Only at 5V 2.1A though. Unless the charger itself explicitly says it doesn’t support phone charging.
