The 2024 WAEC Results can be checked through the results checking portal (www.waecdirect.org) using any convenient device.

If you were part of the candidates who took the West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE), checking the result is a straightforward process. Simply utilize the smart identity card used during the exams, and the result checker pin and serial number contained on it are all that you need.

WAEC Result Checker | How to Check 2024 WAEC Result

Candidates have the option of accessing their results via the WAEC Result Checker by visiting www.waecdirect.org or through SMS on their mobile devices. Whichever option you choose, you will need to obtain a WAEC scratch card to access the results.

Check Results via Portal:

To use the WAEC Result Checker option, follow the steps below:

1. Login to the WAEC Result Checker website via www.waecdirect.org.
2. Enter your Examination Number.
3. Select Examination Type (e.g., “May/June”).
4. Select Exam Year (e.g., “2023”).
5. Enter the e-PIN Voucher Number.
6. Enter the Personal Identification Number (PIN) on your e-PIN.
7. Click ‘Submit’ and wait for the results window to appear.

Check Via Serial Number:

Firstly, ensure your mobile phone is internet-enabled. Then visit www.waecdirect.org and enter your 10-digit Examination number, Serial Number, and Examination year. Click on Check my WAEC Result.

OR

Check Results via SMS:

To use the SMS option for checking your WAEC results, follow these steps:

1. Open your SMS app on your phone.
2. Type WAECExamNoPIN*ExamYear (do not leave space in between).
3. Send to 32327.
4. You will receive a message instantly containing your WAEC statement of result.

Note: The SMS option of checking WAEC results is available to MTN, Glo & Airtel Subscribers only. If you did not receive your WAEC result via SMS, kindly repeat this step. Charges may apply for using SMS service.

For a printable result page, the first two options are recommended. However, if you just want quick access to your result to know your performance, the SMS option will be very handy.
